In Skyrim, it used to be the case that adding bMouseSmoothing=0 to the block in.* Also, if you store the same ability in the crown as you have as a player ability, then equipping and unequipping the crown will erase the player ability, leaving you without a doomstone ability while Abilities are constant-effect characteristics, which are listed in the magic menu under 'Active Effects' (along with enchantments, diseases, and other active effects).
These commands will totally give you an edge in the game. I've tried through the console removing my 'Atronach' and 'Magic Resistance' perks from the alteration tree, without any effect.
